At present we only ship to mainland UK and a few selected European Countries.

UK SHIPPING & HANDLING TIMES

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 - 3 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**Delivery Time:**

- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

- We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.

**Tracking:**

- Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

**Shipping Address:**

- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

**Delivery Confirmation:**

- Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear; however, if damage to your items occurred, please contact us immediately.

**Shipping Charges:**

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- If you qualify for free shipping promotions, the discount will be applied at checkout.

**Return Shipping:**

- If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
